Our case describes at (3.9) (p13; q34.1) FOXP1-ABL1 associated with ALL, being one of several translocations that fall under the LLA-B Ph-Like entity. The use of imatinib with chemotherapy may have contributed to the good therapeutic response so far, with negative DRM at the end of the induction.
