    Clinical and immunological effects of adding cyclophosphamide to pomalidomide-dexamethasone in relapsed-refractory multiple myeloma: The randomized MUKseven trial. (PubMed, Br J Haematol)
    Pretreatment CD4+ T-cell levels were identified as a prognostic PFS marker. In summary, our results demonstrate significant effects of cycloaddition to Pd on response and T-cell composition.

    Stress-Induced Changes in the Methylation Status of Mmp1 and Mmp8 Genes in Tumor Tissue of Rats with Guerin Carcinoma. (PubMed, Exp Oncol)
    Our study demonstrated that chronic glucocorticoid-induced stress altered the epigenetic profile of tumor cells by in- ducing differential methylation of the matrix metalloproteinase genes. Specifi  ally, it promoted the maintenance of Mmp1 hypomethylation and signifi  antly increased the Mmp8 promoter hypermethylation. These fi  dings suggest that chronic stress may contribute to an aggressive tumor phenotype through the epigenetic regulation of extracel- lular matrix remodeling.

    Shuangpi Formula Treats Neutrophilic Asthma via Circadian-Mediated Anti-Inflammatory Mechanisms. (PubMed, J Ethnopharmacol)
    SP inhibits neutrophilic inflammation in NA, with evidence implicating NR1D1 as a key regulator. Pharmacological modulation of NR1D1 may represent a potential therapeutic approach for NA, although further genetic validation is required.
